F1 Mexico City Grand Prix 2024

I created this digital poster to capture the excitement of the 2024 Mexico City Grand Prix. My first towards my 2024 F1 Race Digital Poster Series. I put Sergio Perez right in the center, making a "hush" gesture to show his focus and the high stakes of his home race. Behind him, I included the other top stars, Piastri, Norris, Verstappen, and Leclerc, to represent the intense competition on the grid.

The design uses the vibrant colors of the Mexican flag as a backdrop to give it a strong local feel. I used a bold, 3D neon green font for the "Mexico City" title to make it pop against the darker track background. The bottom half of the poster shows the cars racing toward the viewer, which adds a sense of speed and action to the whole piece.

I made sure to include all the official details, like the race dates and the F1 logo, so it looks like a professional event flyer. By combining the driver portraits with a blurred shot of the actual circuit, I wanted to create a balance between the famous personalities and the fast-paced energy of the sport. I use F1 2022 video game as the basis of the cars with a few design tweaks so that it matches the 2024 cars.
